    Disconnected the bar that connects the choke on all carbs, I'm assuming carb 1 is at top and 4 at the bottom. #2 butterfly will not open back on its own.     This is a new to me motor, Boat seemed hard to get on plain. Once on plain runs great on the water. Put on the hose to flush and was having a hard time getting it to start.
