    I have a 1978 Evinrude 35 long shaft. The lower unit is seized. I have located one but it's from a short shaft motor. I know I can exchange the drive shaft, they just pull out but I was wondering about the shift shaft. Does it simply unscrew and come out? If that's the case, do I need to count...
