    ok I am not a geneious , motor fully tuned up new coils points plug and condensers , runs fine low idle , also full power in neutral , when in full powers runs at half speed , then full speed , sprayed carb cleaner , put sea foam in gas still the same , trying not to rebuild carb , any pointers...
