    2005 225 four stroke

    Pulled boat for season and went to fog motor where spark plugs go. The lower plug had rust on tipon inside. The plug directly above also has some. This is not my boat but my uncles so trying to help him with what caused this and how to fix it. Also is there any damage to motor at this point...
