    Sorry, I have not but I believe that it would be accessible if you performed the above procedure. Also, if your motor is able to rev but doesn't achieve the normal speed, then I'd say it's your impeller and wear ring in the drive.

    Ok, an update. The battery is being charged but after running for about 10 minutes, something breaks down and the motor stops. All the while, the tachometer is oscillating wildly and the volt meter shows less than 10 volts and keeps going lower until it hits 0 then the motor stops. I checked...

    The boat runs great but the battery is not being charged and after about 15 minutes of running will not start because the battery has been drained. Not sure if there is an electronic problem or if the pickup in the magneto is not functioning. Any clues where to look would be greatly appreciated.
