    '88 mariner 45hp switchbox

    45hp mariner (ob342370) will kill a switchbox instantly. Does anyone know what could cause this? I have checked voltage on the black/yellow kill wire and it shows .07v with a fluke meter. Is this enough to burn up a box?

    1988 mariner 45hp switch box test

    Does anybody have info about how to test the switch box on these engines? I have tested the DVA and ohms on the stator and trigger and everything check out good. Haven't been able to find much online about a specific test for it
