    99 Mercury EFI 175 S/N og842249, when i turn key to on position i get the beep, when i turn it to crank position, i have to hold in crank position for approx. 3-5 seconds before engine begins to turn over, once it turns over it cranks right up and runs fine, i have already change the neutral...
