    Is this timing image correct?

    Please help. I am trying to time my 97 Mercury 90 elpto. I am using 1994-1998-Mercury-75-thru-125-Manual-mfp76g The image in this manual shows But, since the flywheel is turning clockwise, anything to the right of zero would be ATDC. RIGHT? Thanks, Pyrodenis

    90-WME-62 carb threaded hole empty?

    Can anyone tell me if the threaded hole next to the Idle Needle in the 90-WME-62 is supposed to be empty? Or, is it suppose to be closed with a set screw or something? It seems that when the engine is in the tilted up position, I get fuel leaking. THanks, Denis

    97 Mercury 90elpto oil level switch, module, and warning horn

    I'm unsure of it all being good. Is the horn supposed to sound for one second when I turn the key on? If so, does that mean the oil level switch and oil warning Module are good? Or, could one of them still be bad? Something's going on with my kill circuit. Thanks, Denis

    what did my Magneto short Hurt?

    So, with my kill switch shorted to ground, I kept trying to start the engine. I now have weak spark on all 3 cyl. Is it likely that I fried either my stator coils or CDMs? Any help is appreciated.
