    I have 2002 50 hp johnson. the tilt and trim wasn't going up and noticed fluid leaking out of the top of the cylinder. So I bought a new cap with seals and now there is nothing leaking. I filled and bled the system over and over per instructions on the internet, but the engine still will not...
