    1995, Mercury 2cycle, 2cylinder, 30hp, Sr # 0G209502

    Can anyone tell me if their is a restrictor plate on this engine. If so can you tell me if I can take it off to get a little more Hp? Do I have a Tahutsu(sp) engine or was this Mercury built? I am new to this forum (first post) so any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance Pat J
