    shopping for a power pack for my 8hp. it has a 582800 with a limiter. a new one is over twice the price of the version with no rev limiter. besides needing enough sense to operate it within it's limits, is there any other issue/s to be concerned about if i use the 113-2285 with no limiter?

    most of the plugs on most models only fit in one spot. it's as simple as counting the pins to match them. you can't really mess it up. just start on one end and unplug and replug the new harness on to the engine one plug at a time. it's just tedious and you have the blessing of taking a picture...
