    84' Quicksilver 470 Mercruiser

    hello all, I'm currently remodeling a 1984 Webbcraft with a 470 Mercruiser that is using a quicksilver throttle. The side panels are rotted out and I'd like to reupholster them, but I can't seem to figure out how to get the throttle off. Anyone worked with these before and have some pointers? TIA!
