    I don’t know about the spark. I’ll have to check tomorrow. I used a kit off of Amazon that said it was for that motor. But it was from china for sure.

    I bought this engine knowing it had compression. It has spark. I replaced the fuel pump with a modern style fuel pump conversion kit. We got it started, and it would run but only choked.
