    454 early gen 6 wont start after warmed up

    454 mpi 1996. The problem has gotten worse, had to be towed. Starts great cold but after getting to destination, a few hours later when it's time to head back to ramp eng starts for a minute then sputters and dies. Starts right up next day at the house. Side note-idle has always been flighty...
