    Throttle and Cam adjusted 25hp Johnson

    Hey all, I’ve recently been working on a 90’s Johnson 25hp tiller outboard. What exactly does the cam plate do in regards to the throttle movements. The cam plate under the flywheel seems to be sticky, I can force it back and forth with a screw driver but it definitely needs to be deconstructed...
