    75 115 hp v4 runs like crap

    Hi and thank you in advance I have a 115hp Johnson it has no power if you give it gas it will go but shortly after will bog down and sputter. I got got it a few months ago and it ran ok but seamed to have a sputter. I called a local shop and had them tune it up and check everything out...
