    Spacer that a bolt goes through to prevent over tightening of the lower cover. I think that’s what it is.

    Thanks for your reply, I will check tomorrow and see f the previous owner had dropped a collar when putting back the bottom cover on, not sure it’s called a cover that’s above the lower unit and below the engine.
