    Motor cuts when throttle forward

    "I have a '79 115 hp Evinr "I have a '79 115 hp Evinrude motor. I can get it started with some difficulty ( it can take many tries), but once running when I shift to forward the motor cuts out. Any thought on what could be causing this?"
