    Evinrude super fast twin top speed issue

    Have a evinrude super fast twin and the motor runs pretty well but it doesn’t have much on the top end? Is that a tuning issue I just got the motor and got it running and have not messed with the tuning at all. Any suggestions? Fires up 1st or 2nd pull. Looks like these motors cruise right along...
