    before i touch anything

    I have a 1996 evinrude 10 hp . It doesn't seem to open up like others I've had. At full throttle, if I pull out the choke about 3/16 in., my rpms go up a good amount. I clamped it in place with a pair of hemostats.Ran all day with no start up, idle or throttling issues. Sound like dirt in carb...
