    TPS is new. Would you have considered changing the MAP and IAC? Or are the symptoms different when these sensors are faulty?

    Will check pressure thanks! What could be the issue with the TBI? the problem comes and goes. Some days everythings fine and others it runs rough and almost stops. Or runs but lacks power or starts hissing....

    Thanks for quick reply AllDodge! PEFS Not shure what you mean by figuring TBI and VST? But TPS is new. Fuel filter checked, brand new fuel pump but havent checked pressure. Brand new plugs, cap, rotor and wires.

    I have a Volvo Penta 2001 5,7 GSI that sometimes runs rough and makes a "hissing" sound. The sound dissapears after a while but engine still lacks power. Any qualified answers will be greatly appreciated.
