    need some help evinrude 1995 15hp

    i bought a 15hp evinrude from a buddy. Its a 1995 model with electric start. I am not sure which wires are for the battery or which one is positive/negetive since they have been cut. Is the 2 red wires in the pic the battery wires? I just want to make sure these are the right ones, it looks like...
