    "I recently picked up a 28ft. "I recently picked up a 28ft. silverton. Its been out of the water for 2 years, back end of the boat submerged. Motors got wet, pulled plugs and drained fluids, marvel mystery oil in cylinders, motors turn over, any suggestions on what I should do next."
