    i have a 1997 150 ocean pro runs out of the water but will not in the water. I replaced the carb gaskets, did carb rebuild kits, new bowls, new fuel lines, water separator, bulb, plugs, and other gaskets that I found to be leaking on the fuel system and also cleaned out the carbs.
