    No power to mo

    I have a 2008 Creat Pontoon with a 75 e-tec. The motor stopped when I gave it some power. There is no power to the instrument panel. The radio and horn work. It acts like it is not in nuetral when I turn the key. The shifter/throttle does not feel right when I move it. Could it be broken...
