    1966 40 hp Johnson hard cranking

    https://youtu.be/rZZD9QGY3Jk vid of it turning over. not battery, cranks hard with two batteries hooked up. cranks free when plugs are out. replaced condensers, one of them had a broken mount. motor ran fine then suddenly this problem occurred. Dave
