1990's Mariner 6hp 2cyl Leg Lock broken, bits missing?

1990's Mariner 6hp 2cyl Leg Lock broken, bits missing?

Hi All, I hope someone can help. I have a vintage Mariner 6hp that I purchased last year, and quickly discovered (after purchase of course) that the leg was always locked down once on the boat.
