    the volvo fuel pumps have a known issue with the paint. Ethonol fuel breaks the paint down and it flakes. Volvo has a bulletin out on it. Man cave repairs this problem or supplies parts for the repair.

    Yes, I plan on replacing the ect . But I just ordered the seals for the fuel pump assembly. I'm going to clean out everything in the fuel system before just replacing it. I was getting good readings on low and high pumps but under load, the high-pressure pump would drop pressure. I believe...

    250 for OEM crankshaft sensor, cam sensor is 300 . Need to check fuel pressure to rule those out. had a car once that would kill once warm , it was the camshaft sensor. I'm pretty good at guessing. :)

    I did read that. to unlock the distributer. I was going to take it to my dealer to have it done. Is the distributer fine where it's at. Could i try to start to the engine. I think im ready

    Distributer is sitting down in oil pump slot . its lined up but if you look at the other pic the screw to cap is right on the manifold . If it needs to be moved for timing that way it wont work. Plug also looks the same with wiring harness
