    Hello everyone, I own a 1999 johnson 200 horsepower motor. I disassembled and cleaned the carbs over the winter. After I installed them, the engine wont idle under 1000rpm. I have the carbs synced, and have played with the fuel intake screw. when I start to get it under 1000 the engine stalls...
