    1987 35hp mercury bottom plug wet

    I have a 1987 35hp mercury outboard and the throttle is opening all the way but only seems to be running at half throttle. I took plugs out today and the top was dry and the bottom was wet i believe that this meens its only running on the top cliynder. I put new plugs in but not yet tried...
