    80's 9.8 hard to start

    Hey new to the forum not a whole lot of experience with outboards I got a 80'small mercury 9.8 that's really hard to start runs great when running no stalling even after running for over an hour becomes hard to start again even after just a few mins of Being off when I prime the bulb never gets...
