    honda 7.5 late 1980's

    on startup my tale tale water stream is very low, but then after it warms up a little it gets steady at low idle and is fine from then on. someone said that the thermostat has to open up, true? or is the confirmation stream bypassing everything else (thermostat)? appreciate the help. mactay
