    50 HP Mercury Charging System

    I have a 2008 4 stroke 50 HP Mercury Outboard and want to add a battery isolator to the charging system so that the engine will charge the trolling motor battery in addition to the cranking battery. Will the alternator and charging system handle the additional battery capacity?
