    97 Evinrude Short Shaft Lower Unit Bearing

    OK! I've got a lower unit OK! I've got a lower unit that the housing is in great shape but the bearing sleave to the back of the unit is rusted not so bad that a fine sanding with a wire well can't fix. As long as I've got a smooth surface it sould be good right? Know guages or scrapes...
