    It looked completely identical. We solved the problem though! The water pressure at the intake wasn't high enough. We submerged it in a bucket of water and it started working!

    okay thanks! we got the boot off and we changed the whole water pump and all the associated seals, but it still isn't peeing! I'm not sure what to do next
