    I didn't get a service manual when I bought the boat last year. From what I can see on the engine cowling cover, there are relays that distribute the power to different engine components, one of them being the HP fuel pump so I am going to investigate that next. Thanks for your input...

    OK so bleeding it didn't work , theres no pressure at the rail. Now I think it is the electrical side of the equation as the pump is new. so I tested the plug going to the pump, and it has power, but only when you crank the engine, not when it is just when the key is in the "on" position. Any ideas?

    Ok re-installed fuel pump and filled VST with gas from primer bulb first. Still won't start, I dont have a fuel pressure at the bleeder valve on top of the fuel injection rail. Ideas? Thanks...
