    Only wil idle.

    I just got the boat and it has twin 270 Crusaders. One engin runs fine. One boggs down when you give it gas. I had both carberators rebuilt, checked replaced fuel filters and fuel pump. Compresion is 140 on all 8. Swaped the rebuilt carbs. thinking factory setting may be wrong. I don't even know...
