    My old 1979 Johnson 70 HP is not turning fast enough to crank. I know 300 rpm is required to electrify the magneto to start. I have installed a new and fully charged and load tested 1000 amp cca battery. Voltage at no load at the battery is 13.2 VDC . Voltage before the solenoid is 13.1 VDC ...
