    91 60 hp Evinrude power trim wont stop

    I have a 91 hp 60 hp evinrude that the power trim won't stop working unless I unplug it under the engine cover. I replaced the switch at the throttle and the wiring from the throttle to the engine and it intermittently starts to go up or down on it's own until I unplug it under the engine cover...
