    2002 Mercruiser wont start

    My boat started cutting off while in neutral. Runs fine otherwise. Changed oil, oil filter, fuel/water filter. Now it won't turn over at all even fully choked. Is this normal when you change fuel filter or is there something else I can check? Tried priming with starter fluid but it acts like it...
