    weird starter issue on 98 johnson 50

    Starter was fine when I put the boat up for the winter. I get it out and start getting it ready for summer and the starter either just spins or it engages but barley turns over the motor. I just had it rebuilt hoping it would fix the problem but it is doing the exact same thing. I have tried...
