I am having a very hard time finding parts for this motor. It is a 1988 sea ray 135hp v6. I know it's a mercury but the serial number doesn't bring up anything online. B334148 is the serial number on the transom mount. It runs well, would just like to go through the carbs and get some various parts.
My motor doesn't appear to be putting off any charge to the battery. Tested it with a multi meter and I get nothing but the batteries neutral voltage. I've looked at and cleaned all the connections coming from the stator. Anything I should try before replacing it?
After running my engine for several hours I’m still having problems with 1 spark plug. The lower port cylinder’s spark plug is incredibly clean, even the threads. I’ve replaced the plug, coil, wire, and confirmed I have good spark. Any thoughts would be appreciated
