    1973 25HP Evenrude, Ignition Spark Problem

    Compression on Engine cylinders 110psi. Sitting for 40 years.Won't start. Faint Spark on Bottom Cylinder. Switch point wires now it is the opposite. Points aren't Burnt. Thinking possibly the condensers are bad. Other then what I've tried. They are not shorted. Coils and wires good continuity...

    Evenrude 25hp 1973 welch plugs in L.U.Fill holes.

    Evenrude Model#25302A. Has driverless plugs in the 2 lower unit oil fill holes. No phillips no allen. How do you remove them?
