    spark on 1 cylinder

    I have a 1978 70hp johnson and only getting spark on the lower cylinder. It is a 3 cylinder. Coils and power pack are new and still does the same thing. Tried a new used power pack same thing. I did recently do a complete upper rebuild on it. I'm about done throwing money and time into it but...
