    Can anyone help? i have a 1985 Evenrude 2 hp E2RCOC ENGINE.

    The engine starts and runs fairely well, but if i touch the control for the speed , i get a high power electrical shock. I have changed the coil , points , condenser, and plug wire cover and boot. And it still gives a shock.... Any ideas?
