    1990 evinrude slow to plane off

    engine seems slow to plane off without a heavy load on boat.when it finally gets to speed it runs great.when boat has a heavy load it stuggles to accelerate speed.it has been very hot and humid when it happened.

    hi there i have a 1990 60hp evinrude with tiller steering.there seems to be exsesive play between steering arm and upper mount. moter still steers fine.there is a slight water drip on port side of engine coming from under housing cover.engine runs welland is cooling well. any info would be...
