    1996 Mercury 115 WOT problem POSSIBLE SEIZE??

    I have a 1996 Merc 115 that runs and idles great but at WOT it will only run great for about 2-3 minutes then dies. It is almost like it seizes. The motor will turn over but the starter is working hard to make that happen. Won't start for about 10 minutes then it will fire back up, idle fine...
