    Coil test in spec and timer base. If i touch pulsepack black wire to block with key on no spark from coil. And ifyou spin motor by hand plugs out have good continuity to block with points closed through timmer base no spark i think it needs pulsepack

    Also ive read light bulb between ground and blue wire of pulse pack should light up. It does not light a 194 bulb. Why use bulb and not a test light or multimeter

    i have never ran the boat. the battery is new 675 cranking amps 24ms. only able to load test with the starter and a meter it drops to 9.37v at the i think its called amplifier. i tried the diode from the starter side of the solenoid to the power wire of the amplifier. it still drops to 9.37...
