    85 OMC 30 ignition problems please help

    "new to boating and purchased "new to boating and purchased this 85 omc w/3.0 ran for 2 hours and started sputtering out at certain throttle positions then eventually died. fuel pump is in good working order and didnt need replaced. went to the carb and did a rebuild and still wouldnt run...
