    Ok I would bet it's the diaphragm. Will check it out and let you know. Also just put a brand new and bench tested carb on.

    It is coming out of the top of the valve cover from the hose that runs from the valve cover to the carb air filter

    I have a 1991 Sunbird Corsair. I have only had the boat for a short time and it never ran good at all. Just had the head gasket replaced. The issue is when I turn it over and it starts to run, gas starts pouring out of the pcv on the top of the valve cover.
